This module forms part of a series that helps teams develop effective hybrid working practices. It supports your teams to develop communication skills for hybrid working.

Over the past couple of years we have all been challenged with working differently, with workplaces now supporting or exploring the benefits of hybrid working. With this shift comes the challenge of team communication.

As humans, we thrive when we have genuine experiences that allow us to connect with our team. When everyone is kept up to date and working towards the same goals we are more likely to work effectively and efficiently. In a hybrid environment we need to double down on communication — whilst all collaborative work involves coordination, hybrid teams have another layer of complexity. The coordination of remote and geographically distanced communication needs planning and deliberate action for it to be successful.
