Over the past couple of years we have all been challenged with working differently, with workplaces now supporting or exploring the benefits of hybrid working. With this comes the challenge of how we manage performance in a hybrid workplace.

Whilst our performance measurement tools remain relevant, the location of where people are completing their work has changed. This requires different thinking as the rituals and routines we’ve used in the past can no longer be relied on to keep up with day to day operations and what people are working on and how they are doing. We need to re-focus and consider how we ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
