Many leadership theories can help leaders to do these things. But at the end of the day, different people respond better to different styles of leadership. To be truly skilled, leaders need to understand the needs of their team and adapt their leadership style to get the best out of them.
This module provides an overview of leadership styles and the personal and working styles of the people in their team. This is an interactive module where learners will get a change to reflect on their leadership style and put some actions in place to improve the way their team works.
