How it works
So what happens when you buy a module or package from Skillpod? See the timeline below to find out more.
Choose the modules you want as part of your customised learning, and then select your preferred branding and tailoring options. Include any additional instructions you may have in your order, and then select ‘Buy now’ or ‘Inquire now’ from the order page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Someone from our team will be in touch within a few days to confirm details and obtain your content and brand assets.
After confirming all the details, you’ll pay a deposit or the full upfront cost at this stage.
Our designers begin customising your modules as requested. You’ll be sent a preview link to review your modules and will be able to send back any revisions. Once approved, you’ll be sent a final preview link to sign off
Once final sign off is obtained, we’ll complete your package. Any outstanding costs will be invoiced. We’ll deliver the final solution to you – whether it’s a file to upload to your learning management system or a cloud-hosted option.
